He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Spickerman and Clara Smith Spickerman; his wife Ethel Oriene Partridge; his children, Edgar Spickerman and Penny Jeffries; and his siblings, Floyd Spickerman, Carl Spickerman, Harold Spickerman and Mary Pulcher.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edna Head of Edwardsville, IL and Donald Spickerman of Skidmore, TX.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
