Nowlin of Bunker Hill, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Richard and Marcella Louisa Nowlin (Van Volkenburg). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Wooff); his children, Steve Sayles-Nowlin (Brandy) of Bethalto and Lisa Webb (Jessi) of St. Louis, MO; his brother Robert Nowlin of Elgin, IL; his grandchildren, Brandon, Johnny, Kody, Xavier, Nathaniel and Jazmein; and his great grandchildren, Jesse, Chase and Harley Grace.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and/or a dog shelter of their choice.
