He is survived by: his parents, Alan Milligan and Jo Ellen Milligan of Buncombe; and his siblings, Steve of Marion, Illinois, Jennifer Money (Daniel) of Buncombe, Katie Hook (Lucas) of Vienna, IL and J. P. Tremblay (Holly) of Paducah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
