She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kent "R. K." and Louise Billingsley (Dalton); her brother Jerry Billingsley (Janet) of Buncombe; and her nephew Jason Billingsley of St. Louis, Missouri. She was also cherished by other relatives, friends, co-workers.
