He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Morgan and Mollie Morgan (Russell); his wife Marion Morgan; and his siblings, Wesley Morgan, Helen Jeanette Harley, Sarah Freeman and Juanita Sadler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Pearman (Steve), Cindy Edwards (Anthony), Shari Spurlock (Tim) and Tricia Morgan; his grandchildren, Andrea Kosydor (Ron), Jane Inman (Andrew), Jordan Edwards, Joshua Spurlock, Lisa Presson (Justin), Amanda Flamm (Eric) and April Pearman; his great grandchildren, Taylor Ridenhour (Joseph Goins), Zachary Kosydor, Evan Inman, Sophia Nadine Flamm and Saylor Presson; and his siblings, Everett Morgan (Nancy) and Mary Morgan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Russell's love of the woods, the family has requested that a tree be planted in his memory.
