She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burnett and Lillian Burnett (Laird); her former spouse Ogal Walker; her husband Irvin E. Grant; her sons, Paul Walker, Robert Walker and Gerald W. "Jerry" Walker; and her siblings, Cletus, James, David Burnett, Reba Warwick, Agnes Girtman, Evelyn Dillman and Hazel Melcher.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon Grant (Lee) of Alabaster, Ronald Walker (Brenda) of Pekin, Irvin Leon Grant of Buncombe, Marilyn Walls (David) of Carterville, James Grant of Buncombe and David Grant (Paula) of Buncombe; her sisters, Juanita Smithson of Fenton, Rose Duncan of Tilden and Lucille Doblebower of Bethalto; and her daughter-in-law Betty Walker of Bourbonnais. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
