It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Kacinski of Buncombe, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilkinson and Anne Wilkinson (Churney); and her brother Denny Wilkinson. She is survived by: her husband Larry Kacinski of Buncombe; her children, Alan Kacinski (Jennifer) of Goreville, Lori Murphy (Bryan) of Palm Desert, CA and Michael Kacinski (Colleen) of Island Lake; her grandchildren, Emily, Allison, Jillian, Kirstyn, Kaitlyn and Jaidyn; and her brother Richard Wilkinson (Diane) of The Villages, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation.
