He was predeceased by: his father John; his wife Regina Lewis (Cleghorn); and his sister Pam Ragland. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Thompson (Rick); his grandchildren, Abigail, Travis, Cheryl and Gracie; and his siblings, Grace Lind of Springfield and Paul Schnapp of Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
