He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugeniusz (Slawomira Walus) and Wojciech. He is survived by: his sons, Luke and Philip (Paula); his significant other Anna; and his siblings, Jarek (Ela), Darek (Gosia) and Monika (Tomasz).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel (101 Park Pl, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Brebeuf Catholic Church (8305 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago Foundation, Department 4586, Carol Stream, IL 60122-4586 would be greatly appreciated.
