She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Jack Rizman; her parents, Perry Katz and Sylvia Katz; her sister Karen Holmes (Melvin); and her parents-in-law, Sam and Pola Rizman.
She is survived by: her close friend Howard Levy; her children, Dr. Keith Rizman, Kim Ephraim (Eric) and Stuart Rizman (Carrie); her grandchildren, Jake, Ben Ephraim, Lucas and Julia Rizman; her sister Debbie Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Morry, Marti Rizman and Norman Miller.
