We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2007, Shirley Shechtman (Buffalo Grove, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Shechtman; her children, Devorah Weitzman, Allen Shechtman (Stephen Wright) and Felyce Lewis; her grandchildren, Joseph Weitzman, Fara Alexander (Phil), Jeremy Weitzman, Gina Cardelli and Alexa Cardelli; her great grandchild Ferris Alexander; and also Gail Sanders-Luckman.
