He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lacy and Elletta Lacy; and his brother Michael Robert Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lacy; his daughters, Erica (Phil Boothe) and Malinda Lacy; his sisters, Kathy Batsch-Hulett, Patricia Owen (Dave) and Mary Stratton (Joe); his nephews, Sean, Kyle McQuiston (Lisa) and Tony Tisinai (Amanda); his niece Melissa Mull (Jeff); and his close friend Rambo Lacy.
