He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jack and Joyce; his mother Jean; and his nephew Michael. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl O'Sullivan; his children, Bobby and Erin Villarreal (Adam); his grandchildren, Jordan and Connor; his siblings, Mary Brende (Andris) and Bill (Janet); and his father William T. O'Sullivan.
