He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Skloot (Judy Nelsen); and his nephew Nicholas Upah. He is survived by: his wife Kari; his son Mason Skloot; his mother Ina Nechamkin (late Gerald); his parents-in-law, Curtis and LaDonna Flugum; his siblings, Howard Skloot and Janet Katz (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Kristi Upah (Mike), Kandi Brittain (Dave) and Mike Flugum (Marissa); and his nieces and nephews, Ian (Adam Katz), Alex (Ainsley Upah), Luke, Jack (Klare Brittain), Libbie and Emma (Christain Flugum).
