He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Dick (Robert) of Terre Haute and Mary Kuckewich of Terre Haute; his nieces, Jennifer Stearns (David), Elizabeth Eiteljorge (Jason) and Ann M. Stephens (Eren Newton); his great-nephews, Gabe Eiteljorge, Aidan Eiteljorge, Jacob Stearns and Jonah Stearns; his great-niece Rosemary Eiteljorge; and his brother-in-law Clifford Stephens.
