Richard Blakley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2022, at the age of 69, Richard Blakley (Buffalo Grove, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Blakley and Richard Blakley; and his sibling Palmer Jane Blakley (Gholamali Afshang). He is survived by: his brother Allison Carol Blakley.
At every stage of his life, Richard developed lifelong friendships which he cultivated and nurtured until the last few years of his life when Frontotemporal Degeneration robbed him of much of his personality, with the isolation of Covid compounding the effects of his illness.
