It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Bernstein (Buffalo Grove, Illinois), who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Bernstein; her parents, Nate Glick and Seena Glick; and her brother Larry Glick (Nancy). She is survived by: her children, George Bernstein (Wendy) and Kathy LaMorte; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Daniel, Brian and Rachel; and her nephews, Andy (Tracey) and Jon Glick (Stacey).
