She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Brinkmann and Gertrude Brinkmann (Brockelmann); her spouse Theodor H. Steffens; her son Robert Steffens; and her brothers, Heinz and Karl Brinkmann.
She is survived by: her sons, Ted Steffens (Maureen) of Woodstock, IL, Michael Steffens (Susan) of Dixon, IL and Paul Steffens (Janine) of Bella Vista, AR; and her sister Annie Kocker of Germany. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Paula's memory to Serenity Hospice and Home or St. Mary Catholic Church.
