He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Schlafer (late Susan) and Iris S. Schlafer; his sisters, Karen Martin (Mat) and Nancy Marshall (Cory); his nieces, Anna, Leah Martin and Jessica Marshall; and his nephew Sam.
