He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sally; his children, Terry Rubin (David), Penny Robinson (Steven) and Jill Lewin; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Smith (Ashley), Lauren Levy, Sam and Cameron Robinson; his great grandchild Eva Smith; and his brothers, Philip Lewin (Binnie) and Edward Lewin (late Charlotte).
