She was predeceased by: her parent Julian Budziak; and her grandmother Catherine Klimowicz. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alyssa, Nicholas, Andy and Sara; her great grandchild Noah; her husband Richard; her sons, Darren, Craig (Valerie) and Chris (Amy); her sister Marcia (James); her parent Marion Budziak; and her nieces and nephews, Matthew, Mark and Megan. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maureen's name to the American Cancer Society.
