She was predeceased by: her husband David Dordick; her parents, Henry Scheindel and Ida Scheindel; her brother Joseph Scheindel (Anita); and her sister-in-law Mildred Dordick Vieria.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Dordick (Victoria), Sheri Jolcover (Alan) and Barry Dordick (Beth); her grandchildren, Jason (Kathy), Jennifer (Jacob), Alexandra (Sebastian), Joshua (Adina), Claire (Robert), Corey (Danielle), Jacqueline (late James) and Marissa; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Meghan, Makenzie, Evan, Sadie, Avery and Asher.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Buffalo Grove Chapel - Under The (195 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089). A shiva was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 461 Waukegan Rd, Northbrook, IL 60062.
