He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Shapiro and Esther Shapiro; and his parents-in-law, Leo and Bluma Rabin. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Annie; his stepchildren, Vickie Mishoulam and David Mishoulam (Angela Chia); his sister Janet Frank (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Paul, Lorie Rabin, Howard and Florie Meron. He is also survived by his parents, grandparents, and aunt and uncle.
