We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021, at the age of 82, Katherine M. Urban (Buffalo Grove, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wladyslaw Jezak and Juzefa Jezak; and her husband Mario Urban. She is survived by: her sons, John Urban and Mark Urban (Johanna); her grandsons, Grant Urban and Derek Urban; and her siblings, Julia Best (late William), Stanley Jezak (Mary), Halina Kukla (late Julian) and Bernadette Mihalik (Joseph). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to: American Cancer Association.
