He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Konieczny and Donna Konieczny (Roberts); and his brother Randall Konieczny. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Christine Goodwin (Sean) of Chicago, IL and Thomas Conway of Antioch, IL; his grandson Lucas Goodwin; his sister Sandra Smith (Peter) of Genoa, IL; and his brother-in-law Michael Gogola (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
