It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Dushkin (Buffalo Grove, Illinois), who passed away on May 29, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Adrianne Cole; his children, Rabbi Lisa Bellows (Kyle) and David Dushkin (Farica); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Lucy, Nathan Bellows and Braeden Dushkin; his sibling Tanya Paullin (Bob); and also Carol Berry.
