He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora (Frank S. Belmonti) and Fern (Milt Millman); his brothers, Samuel and Frank Jr.; and his cousin Alex Scornavaccco.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Jeffrey (Gretchen), Gary (Olivia) and Juliette (Kenny); his grandchildren, Hannah, Elli, Harry, Tess, Fiona, Luca and Celeste; his siblings, Mary Eileen Belmonti, Joan and Richard Schnadig; his caregivers, Maria, Lina, Prince, Ian, Klint and Jimmy; and his brother Jimmy.
