She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Joshua D. Dowd; her parents, Sandra V. Carmen and Ira H. Carmen; her sister Amy Carmen Wrzosek (James Wrzosek); and her nieces and nephews, Jeremy and Colby Peck.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Chabad Center for Jewish Life and Living (Illini Chabad).
