He was predeceased by: his parents, Meyer Pollakov and Estelle Pollakov. He is survived by: his children, Laura Portnoy and Marni Wozniak (Randy); his brother Bill Pollakov (Debbie); his nieces, Jennifer Pollakov (Ernie Longoria) and Katie Pollakov; his nephew Michael Pollakov (Amy); and also, Malakai Pollakov and Dillons.
