He is survived by: his children, Randy Noga (Ann), Celeste Scott (Bill) and Eileen Remlinger; his grandchildren, Katie, Gregory, Colleen (Dan), Chrissy, Travis and Emily; his great grandchild Robert Randall; and his sister Josephine Offman. He is also survived by father who put his wife and children.
