Evan Bennett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, at the age of 72, Evan Bennett (Buffalo Grove, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Bennett and Gertrude Bennett; his siblings, Arnold, Ellen and Marc Bennett (Delia); and his wife Sue.

He organized a weekly friend group zoom call discussion during the COVID pandemic, which still continues—and Evan rarely missed any calls—and I don't ever remember a time when he was at a loss for words.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Michael I. Jacobson Memorial Gomle Fund, 195 North Buffalo Grove Road.
