She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Schwartz; her parents, Shondor Weiss and Ilonka Weiss; and her siblings, Tibor, Schmulka and Labu.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Schwartz (Cheryl) and Debbie Zazove (David); her grandchildren, Sophie Schwartz, Jeffrey Zazove, Julia Zazove and Talia Zazove; and her sibling Magda Hanus (late John).
