She was predeceased by: her sister Vivian Altman-Bohm; and her siblings-in-law, Stuart Shapiro (Martha) and Renee Bram (late Lawrence). She is survived by: her husband Neil Shapiro; her son Jack Shapiro (Beth); her stepdaughter Lisa Gavin; her grandchildren, Jamie, Michael, Alexander, Hedy and Hannah; her sisters, Claudia Bernstein (Alan) and Julie Shapiro; and her nieces and nephews, Robert, Bradley, Marcee, Brian, Gwen, Arielle, Ilene, Jeffrey, Annette and Melissa.
