She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Debbi Cohen, Russell Shaffer (Marie) and Holli Rosenbach; her grandchildren, Aaron Cohen (Laura), Mandi Durkin (Adam), Elana Johnson (Ray Wood), Arielle Malone, Alyssa Koch (Remington) and Deanna Cincotta (Chris); her son-in-law Barry Cohen; and also, Bert Shaffer and Arnold Kupferberg. She was also cherished by many cousins, extended family and many friends.

“Beth has a special place in my heart. I have many fond memories beginning with working with Beth at the Chicago Lung Association many years ago. Our friendship remained as Beth and several of the “Lungsters” and I enjoyed trips, gatherings, and laughter through the years. My condolences to all of Beth’s family.
