He is survived by: his wife Wendy Itzkowitz; his children, Laura Itzkowitz and Bryan Itzkowitz (Paula Tinjacá Balaguera); his grandchild Mateo Itzkowitz Balaguera; his brother Barry Itzkowitz (Denise); and his siblings-in-law, Debby Horn (Michael) and Dan Teichman (Stephenie).
