He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hunton and Ada Hunton (Smith); and his wife Joyce Thompson. He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Sue Hunton of Kewanee and Shirley Simpson Hunton of Buda; his grandson Harland Simpson (Stephanie Brandt) of Hollowayville; and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Molly Simpson.
