It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Comp of Buda, Illinois, born in Tampico, Illinois, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Glass and Diana Glass (Denton); her husband Wayne "PeeWee" Newton Comp; and her siblings, Robert Glass, Jr. and Thelma Lauritzen.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Schmidt of Buda; her grandchildren, Christine Lewis (David), Steven Schmidt, Amber Schmidt (Matthew Bell) and Ashley Schmidt; her great grandchildren, Payton Glafka (Griff Piper), Emma Glafka (Dylan Moore), Logan Bailey, Bradley Bell and Archer Bell; and her great great grandchild Emersyn Moore.
In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made to the family in Dorothy's memory.
