He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Niemann and Irene Hartke Niemann; and his sister Twyla Sellers. He is survived by: his wife Carol Carpenter; his children, Jennifer Scott (Jeff) of Atlanta, Georgia, Justin Niemann (Tasha) of Fairbury and Jason Niemann (Jess) of Chatsworth; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Alex, Carson, Hannah, Esmeralda, Naomi, Noah, Luke and Owen; and his brother Randy Niemann (Carol) of Champaign.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (206 E Main St, Buckley, IL 60918). A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the St. John's Cemetery.
