She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Stepanek and Mary Stepanek (Culiberk); her brothers, Joseph Stepanek and Richard; and her sister-in-law Sandy Stepanek.

She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Carol Stepanek and Anne Stepanek; and her nieces and nephews, Carol Drainer (Stan), Angie Tepen (Joe), Joe Stepanek (Beverly), Robert Stepanek (Bonnie), Steve Stepanek (Karen), Richard Stepanek (Brandi), Paul Stepanek (Sarah) and Charlie Stepanek.
