He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Felts and Geraldine Felts (Whorton); his cousin Maxine McIntosh of Jerseyville; and his close friend Mike Yarbrough of Granite City.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crawford Funeral Home (1308 IL-109, Jerseyville, IL 62052). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Hickory Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jersey Community High School Automotive Department to support young adults pursuing careers in the trade, reflecting David's belief in hard work and dedication.
