It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scott R. Vantine of Brownstown, Illinois, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Norman Frank Vantine; his aunt Vicki Sue Stewart Hoyle; his uncle Bradley Rex Stewart; and his grandparents, William E., Luella A. [Rosenberry] Stewart, Norman G. and Barbara J. [Shaw] Vantine.

He is survived by: his mother Donna Vantine (Stewart); his wife Trish Vantine (Bolyard); his daughter Justice Renee Lea Griffith; his brother Robert G. Vantine; his parents-in-law, Rick and Marilyn Bolyard (Craig) of Brownstown; and his brother-in-law Brian McConkey of Effingham. He is also survived by niece and nephew, and many cousins.

It is recommended that guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control and Illinois Department of Public Health as they relate to COVID-19 be followed.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the National Diabetes Fund.
