She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vernon and Rosemary Ann Dilley (Carter); her brother Larry Eugene Dilley; and her half-siblings, Bernard Dilley, Charles Edward Dilley, Paul Leon Kelly, Betty Mae Drees and Mary Ann Sefton.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Washburn; her children, Joshua Washburn (Candace), Ramsey, Jasper Washburn (Elizabeth) and Kassie Washburn; her siblings, Melvin Bruce Dilley (Janelle), Mark Neil Dilley (Carol), Forrest Vernon 'Speed' Dilley (Judy) and Carolyn Kay Stokes Thompson (Mike) of Kansas City, MO; her stepbrothers, Wayne Doyle Stokes and Sean Kelly Stokes; her half-sister Judy Joan Kelly Everman (Bob) of Indianapolis, IN; her stepsister Carolyn Kay Stokes Holding (Ronnie); and her grandchildren, Noah Denton, Mckenzy Washburn, Jonathan Washburn, Jaxson Washburn, Sampson Washburn, Elizabeth Austin, Grace Austin, Xzavier Austin and Zekiah Austin.
CDC and IDPH guidelines with regard to COVID-19 must be followed. This includes, but is not limited to, face covering and social distancing.
Memorials may be made to Four Mile Christian Church or the donor's choice.
