He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Frailey and Edna Frailey (Willms); his spouse Jo-Ellen Frailey (Stine); his children, Scott Frailey (Anna Sheyko) of Champaign and Shelly Seaman of Brownstown; his siblings, Jim Frailey (Dorothy) of Makanda, David Frailey of Olathe, KS and Janet McGee (Noble) of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Sydney Seaman, Sophia Sheyko-Frailey and Garrick Sheyko-Frailey. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
