He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Earl, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ann Rowe (Hughes) of Athens; his wife Lola Feltner Rowe of Brownstown; his daughters, Raelynn Rowe of Brownstown and Jessie Rowe of Brownstown; his siblings, Johnny E. Rowe, Jr. (Pansy) of West Virginia, Tammy Bock (Doug) of Kenosha, WI and Michelle Rowe of Tennessee; and his mother-in-law Bertha Feltner of Brownstown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
