She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey R. Jennings and Phoebe Alice Venise Jennings (Dial) of St. Elmo, IL.; and her siblings, John MacArther "Red" Jennings, Donald Dean "Duck" Rhodes, Faye Rhodes, Wilbert Cleo "Wilkie" Jennings, Leonard Roy "Butch" Jennings, Gerald Dean Jennings and Wilda Arlene Niehaus.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Barker; her pet Penny; her sons, Doug Barker (Renee) of Brownstown, Darrell Barker (Patti) of Sonora, TX and Dwayne Barker (Tammy) of Brownstown; her grandchildren, David Barker (Melissa), Melinda (Bruce Dush), Dusty Barker (Jenny), Daniel Barker (Jessica), Dani (Chance Dillard), Don Barker (Nina) and Tabitha (Brad Rusk); her great grandchildren, Dawson Barker (Peyton Hilpipre), Madi (Isaac Hebenstreit), Levi Barker (Zoie Wemple), Savannah, Lydia, Jameson, Noah Dush, Mark, Sophia, Brooklyn Barker, Mya, Peyton, Deklyn Barker, Daylin, Castyn, Wayden Dillard, Leah and Will Rusk; and her great great grandchildren, Evadean, John, Hazel Hebenstreit and Averie Barker.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pagel Funeral Home- St. Elmo (100 N Olive St, St Elmo, IL 62458). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Kaskaskia Church (1845 E 2700 Ave, Beecher City, IL 62414).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lighthouse Pregnancy Center in Vandalia, Kaskaskia Church, or the donor's choice.
