She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sr and Margie Schmitt Sr (Cunningham); and her siblings, Linda England and Fred Schmitt Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Elvy Gene Bolyard; her son Jeff Bolyard of Vandalia; and her siblings, Kathy Bogart (Kenny), Debby Woolsey, Jane Hawk, Barbara Atchely, David Schmitt (Lynn) and Terry Schmitt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
