He is survived by: his son Bart Swofford of Brownstown, IL; his granddaughter Cheyanne Mazander of Herrick, IL; his great grandchildren, Hadrian Cox, Jensen Mazander and Katyrina Mazander; and his siblings, Terry, Monty, Tim Swofford, Linda Martin, Kay Seaton, Debbie Brewer, Theresa Durbin and Hazel Vohlken.
