He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Garrison and Fern Garrison (Morris); his son-in-law Terry Winters; his brother Samuel Garrison (Imogene); and his brother-in-law Raymond Rush.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce K. Craig; his children, Kenneth Garrison (Marsha) of Brownstown and Melinda Winters of Brownstown; his siblings, Ljean Rush of Vandalia and Robert Garrison (Ruth Ann) of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Jason Garrison, Jeff Garrison (Paige), Lindsey Pruett (Dustin) and Jared Winters (Lexi); and his great grandchildren, Gracie Pruett, Rylin Pruett and Hudson Winters.
CDC and IDPH guidelines with regard to COVID-19 must be followed. This includes, but is not limited to, face covering and social distancing.
Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church Building Fund or the Brownstown First Responders.
