He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his daughter Brenda Clements; and his siblings, William "Bill" Clements, Cecil Clements, Eldon "Bud" Clements, Russell Clements, Wava Heffren and Macel Stemp.
He is survived by: his sons, Herman (Ethel Mae Belville Clements), Vern Clements (Debra) of Arenzville, IL, Anthony Clements (Cindy) of Astoria and Bruce Clements (Tabitha) of Rushville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren.
