She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Coultis and Delores Coultis; her husband Donald Butler; her son Donnie Butler; and her siblings, John Coultis and Joan Coultis.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Butler of Broughton, IL, Sam Butler of Missouri and Earl Butler of Ohio; her grandchildren, Sam Butler Jr., Michael Butler, Trenton Butler, Garrett Butler, Trace Butler, Destiny Butler, Trenton Chambers and Troy Chambers; her great grandchild Jackson Butler; and her sister Jackie Coultis of Minnesota.
